2 casinos ...?

I do not think the government is very clever.
sorry.
a gross understatement.
When the issue of the casinos was first raised, the general conception was seen to be very clear: 1 casino, or no casino. Our very clever government found an effective way around the problem. 2 casinos.
I'm gonna apply the Keep It Simple Stupid method here (which our dear government apparently has not learned) and keep this short.
Hey, what happened to free speech here? Seems like the government isn't cutting the civilians a lot of slack. With such a large decision at stake, the least it could do was accept the comments SERIOUSLY. Why, then, did they start getting quotes from various companies so early on? Seems like the decision was made far beforehand.
